Wilfredo & Carolina

In the mountains, Wilfredo and Carolina grow their coffee with love and as a family. Their work, combined with the altitude, produces a bright, juicy, and sweet profile, with notes of Alphonso mango, sugar cane, and mandarin.

Wilfredo and Carolina work with Carolina’s family. They help each other, share resources and projects, and face both challenges and successes together.

Their farm is high up in the mountains, with an exceptional view. However, the cold can affect the harvests.

Since partnering with Semilla, they receive better prices and more consistent production. This has allowed them to expand the farm and focus solely on coffee. Carolina no longer needs to work in the village. With this growth, they were able to build a new house.
