When you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent summarizing your purchase, including the products ordered, the total cost with taxes and delivery fees, our contact information, and the estimated delivery timeframe. This confirmation forms the contract between you and Za & Klo Torrefactrices, and for Québec customers it fulfills the legal requirements for a distance sales contract.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you. If delivery is significantly delayed or not completed, Québec customers may have rights to cancel the order in accordance with provincial consumer protection laws.

For food safety and quality control reasons, all coffee sales are final. Coffee cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, even if the packaging remains sealed. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@zaandklo.com, and we will send a replacement. Return conditions for non-coffee items, such as accessories or merchandise, will be indicated on the product page or provided upon request.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits the rights granted to consumers under applicable Canadian or Québec laws, including rights related to product disclosures, misleading advertising, online contracts, or cancellation rights. These legal protections always take precedence where required.

All website content including text, images, graphics, branding, and packaging designs is the property of Za & Klo Torrefactrices and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

 We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation in Canada and Québec.

To the extent permitted by law, Za & Klo Torrefactrices is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages or losses caused by third-party carriers or service providers. Mandatory consumer protections in Québec and across Canada remain fully applicable despite any limitation described here.
