Minerva White Honey Geisha, our goddess of wisdom and flavor...

Our Minerva White Honey Geisha is a variety of Arabica from Colombia, produced by Sebastián Ramírez (the same producer as the famous Glaze).

This coffee is fruity, floral, herbal, It's a picnic coffee, with notes of peach and basil that pair just as well with a seasonal burrata as with a fruit pastry.

 

This new release is, of course, inspired by the goddess of wisdom, Minerva a symbol of rationality, clarity, and lucidity.

 

Our Minerva, like the goddess herself, gracefully guides us through our shadows and protects our minds from chaos.
