The bag highlights fruity notes of strawberry yogurt, cranberries, and linden, with visible typography displaying the name 'Glaze.' The 120-hour anaerobic fermentation with red wine yeast, dehydrated strawberries, and red fruits create a texture reminiscent of autumn honey. Ideal for espresso or pour-over. Country: Colombia

Tasting Notes: Strawberry yogurt, lingonberry, linden

Glaze enters with an immediately creamy texture, quickly interrupted by bright acidity that reshapes the sensation from the first sip. The mouth shifts from milky softness to sharp fruit tension.

Produced by Sebastián Ramírez in Colombia through extended honey fermentations often enhanced with yeasts and fruits. These methods transform structure rather than simply adding flavor.

The cofermentation process creates a hybrid texture between cream and fruit, shifting with temperature.

As espresso, it is highly expressive. As filter, it becomes more readable and evolving. It never stays the same twice.
