Tasting Notes: Rose, honey, orange blossom, pistachio, mint

Earthly Delight opens with immediate floral sweetness, light but structured, coating the palate without heaviness. Flavors appear in fine layers rather than blocks. 

Inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern sweets turkish delights, where florals and nuts are combined. 

The Honey process and carbonic maceration preserve this natural delicacy, encouraging a controlled fermentation that enhances sweetness and complexity without disrupting the bean’s texture. 

As espresso, it is soft and aromatic. As filter, it becomes lighter and more detailed. It’s a coffee that accompanies sweet moments, pauses outside of time.
