Minerva - Geisha White Honey
Minerva is a “white honey” Geisha from Colombia, produced by Sebastián Ramírez (the same producer behind our Glaze). This coffee is fruity, floral, and herbal. Both complex and surprising. It is a perfect picnic coffee, with notes of peach and basil that pair equally well with seasonal burrata and fruit pastries.
Of course, this release was inspired by the goddess of wisdom. Minerva, a symbol of rationality, clarity and insight.
