Buba - Burundi
Buba is our new natural coffee from Moyinga, Burundi. This natural bourbon has the brightness of white strawberries, a richness reminiscent of Brookside candy, the sweet nuttiness of amaretti, and cherry.
It is also the beginning of a partnership of which we are extremely proud with JNP, a company that produces, supports and imports coffee from Burundi and which is managed mainly by women.
We enjoy BUBA as a pour-over, in espresso and also with milk!
With spring here, we welcome the return of some little creatures!
Insects are reemerging from hiding! They're coming out to bite us (a little), and to nourish the environment we share with them.
This spring release aims to celebrate a new season of gentle return, inviting us to let ourselves be changed and nourished from within.
Inspired by the idea of being bitten by a lovebug, the launch of BUBA speaks to change, movement, and renewal. With the arrival of spring, we reflect on what triggers transformation.
The "Lovebug" represents that subtle yet powerful moment that grabs you by the gut, changes something inside you, and stays with you. Feelings that linger, encouraging growth, connection, and movement. Every now and then, we find ourselves off-balance like an insect turned on its back, legs dangling in the air!
This is what we felt with BUBA.
This is a coffee we've been thinking about forever. Fruity, enveloping, and surprising, just like spring!
BUBA is now part of our menu.
