Glaze is a co-fermented Colombian honey coffee produced by Sebastian Ramirez. After carefully selecting the cherries, Sebastian Ramirez conducts a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation before pulping the coffee. His special touch is to add red wine yeast, dried strawberries, and berry glucose. The result is a coffee so fruity, with notes of strawberry yogurt, lingonberry, and linden, and a texture reminiscent of autumn honey.
