A natural brazil from the Barbosa family reminiscent of a pina colada, enough to start the day off right! It is the classic of za in espresso, an explosion of fruit that reveals with each sip.
Recommended espresso settings:
- Amount of ground coffee: 18.5g
- Amount of coffee in the cup: 37g
- Extraction time: 30 seconds
