Fantasy - Naturel Hondruas by Darwin Hernandez

Darwin Hernandez is a third-generation producer. He has been involved in the family farm since he was 10 years old and is passionate about coffee. He is completing his studies in agroforestry and is determined to introduce new techniques and more opportunities to the heart of the farm, despite the many challenges, including climate change.

The coffee he produces has a velvety mouthfeel and perfectly balanced, with notes of blackcurrant, chocolate milkshake, and Concord grape jelly. It's very versatile, but we especially love it as a cortado or cappuccino!

The cherries are harvested at their peak ripeness and fermented in sealed plastic bags for 75 hours. After fermentation, they are placed on raised beds under direct sunlight to dry for 25 to 30 days. The beans are then stored in sealed plastic bags until milled.
